A College Accommodation and Academic Support Evaluation is designed for adolescents and adults seeking documentation and clinical recommendations to support success in postsecondary education settings.
Purpose of the Evaluation
This evaluation assesses psychological, emotional, neurodevelopmental, and executive functioning factors that may affect academic performance and access to learning within college, university, graduate school, or vocational training environments.
The goal is to provide clinically informed documentation and individualized recommendations that help students access appropriate academic supports and accommodations while promoting educational success and functional independence.
Who May Benefit
This evaluation may be appropriate for individuals experiencing:
- ADHD-related academic challenges
- Autism-related learning or social-communication concerns
- Executive functioning difficulties
- Anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns impacting school performance
- Difficulties with organization, attention, time management, or task completion
- Need for updated accommodation documentation
- Transition planning from high school to college or postsecondary education
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Most major credit cards are accepted through a HIPAA compliant payment platform. Accept FSA and HSA. Also, payment plans to make your evaluation more accessible are available — No Credit Check Required.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
