IEP/504 Plan Recommendations

When an evaluator recommends IEP services, they are suggesting the student may benefit from interventions focused on skill-building, therapeutic support within the school, behavior plan, amend teaching approaches and/or curriculum.

These recommendations help guide the school in determining eligibility and devising a plan.

When the evaluator provides 504 Plan recommendations, support may include exam modifications, adjusted classroom expectations, emotional support options, assistive tools, environment accommodations, and behavior plans.

These accommodations help the student access the curriculum without changing the primary focus instruction.
